Goodbye - my first date...

It's very sad to know that my first walking buddy, Max, went across the Bridge last Thursday evening because of heart failure. We had our last and final walk that afternoon at the regional park and had a great time. It's sad to bid him farewell, but I know he was happy and content that he got to say his final goodbyes to his buddies as well as his Mom before crossing over.

I will always miss him and his gentlemanly ways - such a kind and gentle soul.
